At Karla Laidlaw, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Send your return to our Melbourne studio using a trackable shipping service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Processing & Credit

  Once received and inspected, we will issue a store credit or process your exchange within 5 business days, notifying you via email.
